RETAIL GUARANTEE
At LuSa Organics we believe that we make the most safe, delightful, effective body care available anywhere. We expect that after just one try we'll become your new favorite product, something to rave about to all of your friends! If we don't make the cut, we want to know about it. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, simply e-mail us at . Let us know where we went wrong. Then we will happily replace the questionable item or refund your purchase price. (Items must be returned for refund or exchange).
RETAIL RETURNS
Did you order the wrong product? Feel free to make a return. Returned merchandise must arrive at LuSa Organics in saleable condition and must be returned within 10 days of original purchase. We will credit your account for the cost of the product (less shipping).
SHIPPING
* Please allow 4 to 5 days for order processing
* At this time LuSa offers shipping options with the US Postal Service
or Spee-Dee Delivery (where available)
* Shipping charges are calculated by package weight
